Step-by-Step Wall Panel Installation Guide

Provided below is our simple step-by-step guide to fitting shower wall panels. The process is very similar for bathroom and kitchen walls. If you have any questions, please call our support team on 01709 329117.

Step 1

Measure then cut the internal corner trim to the desired height of the panel with a fine tooth saw.

Step 2

Place the internal corner on a level surface and apply the adhesive to the outer edges of the trim and fit where required.

Step 3

Measure the bottom trim near the shower tray and cut with a fine tooth saw.

Step 4

Apply adhesive to the back of the Cladseal base trim and silicone to the base of the Cladseal base trim and fit in place.

Step 5

With a tape measure, measure the top, middle and bottom of the wall where it is required to be installed.

Step 6

With a pencil, transfer these measurements onto the panel.

Step 7

With a jigsaw or a fine tooth saw (whichever you prefer), carefully cut the panel to the desired measurements.

Step 8

Place the panel to the wall (with no adhesive) to ensure that it fits well.

Step 9

Once you have ensured it fits in situ, remove the panel and place in a safe place.
