Step by Step Fitting Instructions
Provided below is our simple step-by-step guide to fitting shower wall panels. The process is very similar for bathroom and kitchen walls. If you have any questions, please call our support team on 01709 329117.

Measure and cut the corner trim to the height of the panel by using a fine tooth saw.
Step 2

Apply adhesive to the outer edges of the corner section and fit to the wall.

Then measure bottom trim to the shower tray and cut with a fine tooth saw.
Step 4

Apply adhesive to the back of the Cladseal base trim and silicone to the base of the Cladseal base trim and fit in place.

Now measure the top, middle and bottom of the wall including the shower tray.
Step 6

Mark all sizes on the face of the panel with a pencil.

Using a jigsaw saw or fine tooth saw cut the panel to size.
Step 8

Offer the panel to the wall to check that it will fit.

Add adhesive to the corner trim and a grid of adhesive over the wall ensuring all the area is covered.

Place the panel to the wall and smooth out all air pockets.

Continue by repeating steps 3-10 for the other wall(s).

Cut the side edge joint strips to the same height as the panel, apply adhesive to the outer edge of the joint strips then fix the trim directly to the wall slotting it into place behind the board.

Next measure and cut the top trims (if required) to desired length. Using a small wooden block or mallet, tap the trims into place or Silicone seal the top of the panels as shown.

Fill in the gap left at the base of the shower with a bead of silicone sealant as well as any pipes or fittings.

Wipe off any excess silicone with a warm soapy cloth where necessary.
